No event is exactly the same, nor costs the same. But below is a sample pricing menu to understand how costs will be broken down for your special event and what our norm minimums are.
GRATUITY of 18% is always added to Invoices/Deposits. You may choose to Tip more day-of, but a baseline is included to ensure staff and miscellaneous service and amenities are covered.
STAFF is required for events larger than 12 guests. You may choose to supplement with some "helping hands, but it will be at the discretion of Let's Eat to make decisions on staff count and level of expertise needed to execute a memorable and seamless experience.
RENTALS such as dinnerware, linens and serving platters are available for parties <25 at no additional cost. Thereafter, Let's Eat will access client needs and venue capacity to decide if additional rentals will be required to create a classy experience.
TABLESCAPING / DECOR for events <25 is included. For events of larger proportions an assessment will be made of final costs based on venue staging needs and special requests. Note: All florals/greenery are selected from local bounty - no imported goods, all seasonal and #slow.
COURSES up to 3 are covered within Let's Eat minimums. Thereafter, it's negotiable what else can/should be included ranging from Appetizers (passed and stationed) and Dinner Course.
BEVERAGES are not included in Let's Eat boiler plate costs. We frequently create custom menus, though, with cocktail or wine pairings. Additionally we can provide mocktails, specialty cold-pressed juices, coffee, kombucha or tea upon request.
